Frequently asked questions.
Which immigration service do I need?
You do not need to know the name of the route before contacting us. Tell us what you want to do and we can discuss the appropriate advice.
Can I speak to you in Arabic?
Yes. Advice and communications are available in English and Arabic. Please let us know your preferred language when you get in touch.
What should I have ready for an initial enquiry?
A short outline of your circumstances, the service you are interested in and any important deadline is a useful starting point. Please do not send passports or sensitive documents with your first enquiry.
Do I need an ETA or a visitor visa?
Your nationality, existing immigration status and intended activities determine the permission you need. An ETA is not a work visa or a guarantee of admission. Check the official requirements before travelling.
Can you help me find a sponsored job?
Our service concerns immigration advice and application support. We do not supply job offers or guarantee that an employer will sponsor you.
What is included in your professional fee?
The service and professional fee are confirmed in writing before you instruct us. The scope may include advice, document guidance, application preparation and submission support, depending on the service agreed. Home Office charges and other third-party costs are separate.
Will I review my application before submission?
Where we are instructed to prepare your application, you will be asked to check and confirm the information before it is submitted. Please raise any corrections or changes in circumstances promptly.
What happens if my matter is outside your authorised scope?
We will explain the limits of the service we can provide and advise you to seek assistance from an appropriately authorised professional where required.
Can I extend or switch my visa from inside the UK?
This depends on your existing permission and the requirements of the new route. Contact us before your permission expires so we can discuss the relevant application options.
Can you guarantee an application will succeed?
No. Decisions are made by the Home Office. We can help you understand your options and prepare the agreed application work, but cannot guarantee an outcome.
Arrange an initial consultation.
Discuss your circumstances, the proposed scope of work and the applicable professional fee. Consultations are available in English and Arabic.
